Paste a Spotify public playlist URL — no sign-in, no OAuth, no Premium. Music Library Doctor matches every track against your library and writes a native Serato .crate file. Subcrates supported, library untouched.
Works with Serato DJ Pro and Lite. macOS and Windows. Existing Subcrates, cue points, and beat grids stay intact.
Open Track Matcher, click the Spotify tab, paste a public playlist URL. No sign-in handshake; Music Library Doctor reads the public metadata directly.
Every track is scored against the audio files your Serato library references. Confident matches (≥ 80%) auto-select; medium-confidence rows are flagged for review. Audition inline before exporting.
Choose Serato from the export menu. Music Library Doctor writes a native .crate file (with nested Subcrate hierarchy preserved). Open Serato and the crate appears on next launch. Missing tracks land as placeholders Fix & Upgrade All can complete.
Spotify's OAuth flow asks you to grant a third-party app access to your account. Music Library Doctor never sees your credentials — it reads the public playlist directly. For a one-time-purchase desktop tool, that's the right tradeoff.
Yes. Track Matcher writes a new .crate file alongside your existing ones — nothing in Serato's database V2 or your per-track metadata gets modified. Music Library Doctor backs up your database before any write.
Yes — Serato's nested Subcrate hierarchy is preserved. You can write into a top-level crate or into a nested subcrate via the crate name field (e.g. Wedding%%2026 Summer).
They land in Serato as "file not found" placeholders. The Fix & Upgrade All button on the main view finds each missing track on YouTube Music and adds it to your library automatically — with live preview of the candidate before anything lands. Pro feature.
Title and artist are scored separately; title weighted heavier. Real-world false-positive cases (artist-only matches, "feat." chains, look-alike filenames) are pinned to tests so they don't come back. In practice ~85–95% of Spotify tracks land as ≥ 80% confidence on a well-organised DJ library.
Match and preview are free — no card needed. Sending into Serato is a Pro feature, one-time purchase from $19.
